Adult full event crash space or camping - 54,00 €
Adult Day Trip -40,00 € (includes lunch and Feast on the Saturday)

Child 4 - 17 - full event with bed - 50,00 €
Child 4 - 17 - full event crash space or camping - 40,00 €
Child 4 - 17 - Day Trip - 30,00 € (includes lunch and Feast on the Saturday)

Child 3 and under - free

Family cap
Full event with bed - 185,00 €
Full event crash space or camping - 138,00 €
Full event Day Trip - 100,00 €  (includes lunch and Feast on the Saturday)

Bed sheets rental - 5,00 €

*Non-member surcharge - 5,00 € (only applies to age 18 and older)

How to confirm your booking

Booking closes on 18 March 2023

Please book in in time to enable proper planning.  No bookings will be accepted after 18 March 2023.

Cancellation and refunds policy

This policy may be waived at the sole discretion of the Event Stewards on a case by case basis. 

Cancelling more than 2 weeks before the event?

If you cancel on or before 18 March 2023 you will receive a full refund.

Cancelling within one to two weeks before the event?

If you cancel between 19 to 25th of  March 2023, you will receive a 50% Refund.
Due to the fact that we are unlikely to be able to fill your spot at this point and some outlay will already have been made.

Cancelling less than one week before the event, but prior to the event starting?

If you cancel between 26 March and 30 March 2023, you will receive a 25% Refund.
Due to the fact that we are unlikely to be able to fill your spot at this point and some outlay will already have been made.

Cancelling due to catching Covid-19? 

If you cancel due to your lateral flow test (taken within the 24 hrs prior to arriving on site) is positive, you will receive a receive a full refund. Proof of the positive lateral flow test may be requested before a refund is arranged. 

Failing to cancel for the event and not showing up?

There will be no refund. You will still be expected to pay the full site fees due.
This applies to everyone unless you are cancelling because you have caught Covid-19.



Please note we will make reasonable efforts to ensure fees are kept to a minimum. Cancellation emails should be sent to  the event stewards and reservation stewards as early as possible to help ensure this.
